Decription:

The KSD301 series of jump thermostats are small bimetal thermostats, which are temperature relays. It uses the principle of instantaneous jumping of the disc-type bimetal disc under the action of temperature, the principle of instantaneous jumping, through the action of the mechanism, so that the contacts quickly act, to break or turn on the circuit. The purpose of the device is to break or switch on the circuit. Its working temperature is fixed, no adjustment is required; the action is reliable and crisp, the arc is small; the service life is long; radio interference is small.

Test method:

Sample is connected to the fixture of the equipment,and placed into
the test equipment (Hot current of air in the space of test should
be equipped with a stirrer and temperature is controllable).A
detect current about 10mA(no more then 100mA)is passed through the
sample and a thermometer is placed junction to the sample to
monitor the opening temperature .The temperature of the test
equipment is raised at the rate of 0.5～1℃ per minute until the
sample functioned.
Working Principle of KSD301 Series Temperature Thermostat:
When the electrical appliance works normally, the bimetallic sheet
is in the free state and the contact is in the closed / open state.
When the temperature reaches the operating temperature, the contact
is opened / closed, and the circuit is cut / closed, so as to
control the temperature. When the electric appliance cools to the
reset temperature, the contact will automatically close / open and
return to the normal working state.
Kindly Note:
1. No fluid is allowed to submerge inside the thermal control
switch. 2. Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of cover
surface during installation to avoid affecting performance. 3. The
thermostat should be stored in a warehouse with RH less than 90%
and ambient temperature less than 40 ℃, which is ventilated, clean,
dry.
